Day 2 - morning

One prayer request. Zeke stepped on a bee on Thursday and the stinger is still in his foot. I tried getting it out with tweezers, and we have been keeping drawing salve on it, but his foot is quite swollen and he is rather grumpy. We spent the night at the Walmart in Clearfield, PA and we're back on the road before 8a.  Ken resisted the urge to stop at Grice Gun Shop.  Three miles away, we passed the marker at MM111 - highest elevation on I-80 East of the Mississippi. Of course, we had to stop at Sheetz to fill our tank and get some caffeine.  One does not pass through western PA without stopping at Sheetz.  Even though it was before 8a, the girls had to have MTOs. Today will bring many memories of our college days. We will pass by our Alma Mater, then leave the mountains of western PA for the flats of Ohio, then, Lord willing, meet up with a GT (Grove City College Gospel Team) friend and her family outside Chicago for dinner.
